What an absolute cunt of cretin this copper is…
Stick a retard in a uniform it’s still just a retard, only it’s wearing a uniform. Still, he was such a chivalric retard, protecting the female officer next to him who clearly was so incapable to speak for, or [...]
The filth really are scraping the bottom of the barrel if this is an example of the intelligence and application of ‘The Law’ (as opposed to ‘their law’) we can expect from a Metropolitan Police Inspectors these days.
What a bunch of utter and totally retarded cunts.
For such a Neanderthal to reach the rank of [...]

Legal warning over Inverness school’s trip
A school trip for about 70 pupils has been cancelled because of potential legal action over the exclusion of a disabled child in the group.
The stay at an outdoor activity centre in the Cairngorms has been held annually for children at Inverness’s Crown Primary.
Highland Council has cancelled the trip to Craggan to avoid the action.
The girl’s mother Donna Williamson said her daughter was physically unable to take part in the activities planned.
She told BBC Scotland: “She cannot hold a bow and arrow for example, or go kayaking, because she has no upper body strength.
“My daughter would have been excluded in that she would have had to stay in the centre while all the kids went off to do the activities. Continue reading this item…
In its mania for jailing people, Britain has declared trivial offences crimes
A libertarian coalition is emerging in the US to resist an ever expanding statute book. The need is just as urgent here
I have a foolproof scheme for cutting crime in Britain. It would slash court overcrowding, rescue legal aid, empty prisons and calm public fears. It would save billions of pounds, and all without endangering a hair on a single Briton’s head. The scheme involves removing thousands of recently “invented” offences from the statute book.
This will not happen, because if there is one thing a macho politician loves, it is declaring any social problem or public disobedience a crime, and hiring more police to confront it. Constantly extending criminality enables prime ministers and home secretaries to walk tall down Main Street, pistols twirling in their fingers, and with no care for who gets hurt. Police warned over misuse of terror laws to stop innocent photographers
By Mark Hughes and Jerome Taylor
Police have been accused of misusing powers granted under anti-terror legislation after a series of incidents, ranging from the innocuous to the bizarre, in which photographers were questioned by officers for taking innocent pictures of tourist destinations, landmarks and even a fish and chip shop.
Police are allowed to stop and search anyone in a designated “Section 44 authorisation” zone without having to give a reason. But amateur and professional photographers have complained that they are frequently being stopped and treated as potential terrorists on a reconnaissance mission. Last night the Government’s independent reviewer of anti-terrorism laws warned police forces to carefully examine how they use the controversial legislation. Continue reading this item…
… as a box of frogs;
My comment on the page (post yours)…
Dear Sirs,
Do you employ people who are qualified in law to draw up your policies, or do you engage outside lawyers for the task?
Either way I suggest you reconsider your choice of firm or officer because frankly I think by paying them you are abusing the public trust and wasting valuable public funds because they are passing off (in this policy) several elements as law when no such laws exist. Continue reading this item…

Nikon Photographer Arrest Threat Over Jet Ski Drama
Police banned a photographer from taking pictures of people on a jet ski and threatened to arrest him despite an officer admitting the images he had taken were perfectly lawful.
Keen photographer Garry Chinchen was left stunned when police threatened to arrest him yesterday for ‘breach of the peace’.
Garry, who was using a Nikon D200 and 17-200mm lens, said his photo session had turned into a ‘bit of a disaster’.
Garry had stopped in a lay-by after seeing a picture opportunity at Glyn Neath Lakes – a watersports centre adjacent to the A465 in South Wales.
He said he had been taking photos from a public area for ‘ten minutes’ when a man claiming to be the lake’s landowner approached. ‘A guy came over and said ‘stop photographing the children,’ said Garry. ‘He said you need permission to take photographs of children.’ Continue reading this item…
