Corrie stars ‘jet off for US auditions’

Coronation Street‘s Antony Cotton and Katherine Kelly have vowed to secure TV roles in the US, a report claims.

The stars, who play Sean Tully and Becky Granger respectively on the ITV1 soap, have apparently jetted off to Los Angeles this weekend to audition for TV pilots.

Cotton and Kelly both recently signed new Weatherfield contracts. It is expected that they would fit any new roles around their Coronation Street filming if their auditions were successful.

An insider told The Sun: “They love Corrie but working in Hollywood would be a real dream come true.”
